Frequently Asked Questions
We ship to all of Spain (including the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), as well as Portugal. We currently do not ship internationally outside of these destinations.
In mainland Spain, the delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours. For the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and Portugal, the estimated delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days.
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time.
Yes. You have 15 calendar days from receipt to request a return, provided that the product is unused, in perfect condition, with its original packaging and the label attached.

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or request a refund, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. In the case of a defective product or shipping error, we will cover the cost of the return.
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or model, you'll have to return the original product and make a new purchase.
